The service provider is Simplimo Artur Dąbrowski, ul. prof. Bronisława Geremka 27/33, 30-389 Kraków, Polska, NIP: 6762312764. Prompt Panel is a web-based prompt manager for creating, editing, and organizing content.

The service is available to people aged 16 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The service runs on an invite-only (early access) basis. An account can be created after your request is approved and you receive an invitation.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal — you agree to provide accurate information and not to share your account with third parties.

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to infringe the rights of others.

You may not threaten the security or stability of the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in an automated way that places an excessive load on it.

You retain the rights to the content you create. You are responsible for its lawfulness.

You grant us a limited license necessary solely to store and display your content as part of providing the service.

The application, its code, interface, name, and logo belong to the provider or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any rights to those elements to you.

The service is currently free of charge (early access). We plan to introduce paid plans — their terms (scope, pricing, billing) will be described here before they become available.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we recommend exporting your important content regularly.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for data loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including consumer protection law.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove an account in case of a material breach of these terms.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes. For any questions, write to contact@promptpanel.ai. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
